TEAM Consultants, Inc. (TEAM), a wholly owned corporation, was incorporated
in the State of Texas in 1986. TEAM is a full service provider of geotechnical
engineering, exploration, and design services, environmental consulting,
laboratory testing services, and construction materials quality control/quality
assurance and testing services to public and private entities throughout North
Central Texas.

CHIEF PERSONNEL:
The owner and president of TEAM is Mr. William Prikryl, P.E. with more than 22
years experience in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and
construction materials inspection and testing. Principal project management
personnel include Mr. James Knight, P.E. with more than 34 years experience in
municipal engineering, soil mechanics and construction materials services and
Mr. Daryl Bennett with more than 25 years of experience in environmental
engineering, construction management, and construction quality d assurance. Mr.
James Hutt, our Technical Services Manager, has more than 21 years of multi-disciplined
geotechnical and environmental project experience as well as extensive experience
in all phases of construction materials quality control/quality assurance and
